Free Shipping on Orders $59 and Over

We offer free standard shipping within New Zealand on orders of $59 or more.

For orders under $59, the applicable shipping fee will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders on the same business day or the next business day after your order is placed.
  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM (NZT) are usually processed sooner where possible.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays, or during weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We work with trusted courier partners to deliver orders safely and reliably across New Zealand.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier capacity, and whether the address is residential, rural, or remote.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

Delivery Address Restrictions

  • We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Some remote, restricted, or hard-to-access areas may not be covered by our standard courier services.
  • If your address is outside our standard delivery zone, we may contact you before dispatch to discuss available options.
  • Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout to help avoid delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels.

Signature Confirmation Policy

PETKIT New Zealand may use a signature-required delivery service for high-value or bulky products, including selected automatic litter boxes, air dryers, and other larger items. This helps ensure your order is safely received.

  1. Default Signature-Required Service

    • If no special delivery instructions are provided, a signature may be required by default for eligible high-value or bulky products.
  2. Authority to Leave / Opting Out

    • If you would prefer your parcel to be delivered without a signature, please leave a note at checkout or contact us before dispatch at support@petkit.co.nz.
    • We will do our best to update the delivery instruction before the order is shipped.
  3. Important Notice

    • If you request delivery without a signature or provide authority to leave, PETKIT New Zealand cannot accept responsibility where the courier confirms successful delivery to the provided address but the parcel is later reported missing.
    • In this situation, the customer may need to work directly with the courier to investigate the delivery.
